Proudly supporting Whale Song Kāpiti`s mission! 🐋
Centrally located on the Kāpiti Coast, Whale Song is the inspiration of local artist Mike Fuller. His stunning sculpture depicts a family pod of humpback whales, known as the singing whales, that traverse our coast each year.
It symbolises the connection of whales to the mana whenua of Kāpiti and all iwi of New Zealand, who followed the whales on their journeys of discovery across the Pacific to Aotearoa.
