Customer Services Representative

Part-time/Casual Role

Join the Coastlands Shopping Centre Customer Service team and be part of the retail heart of the Coast. With over 110 stores, Coastlands is a dynamic environment, and we are currently seeking a friendly, reliable Customer Service Representative to join our Customer Service Desk team.

This is a sole-charge customer service role, offering variety and responsibility in a retail setting.

Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

· Providing excellent customer service by responding to enquiries from customers, retailers, and contractors via phone, email, and face-to-face.

· Processing Coastlands Gift Card sales, including compiling and balancing daily banking.

· Selling show tickets and managing service bookings, including Intercity, Interislander, Bluebridge, and KiwiRail.

· Assisting customers, retailers, cleaners, security, and Centre Management as required.

About you:

· Previous customer service experience is preferred, with the ability to work independently.

· A strong sense of responsibility and a genuine desire to deliver excellent customer experiences.

· Good computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

· Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow established procedures.

· Experience in a similar customer service or administration role is an advantage; however, training will be provided.

Availability:

Coastlands is open seven days a week. The successful applicant must be available to work weekends and public holidays. Shifts are rostered on a morning or afternoon basis and range between 3 and 5 hours.
