  • Yes. Here’s how you can connect once inside Coastlands:

    1. Ensure your wireless enabled device has its wireless signal activated.
    2. Select @Coastlands Mall from the list of available networks.
    3. Enter your details on the welcome screen and accept the terms and conditions to access our free WiFi network.

    Please take note, this public access free Wifi service is not encrypted so please ensure services like banking, email and social networking sites have security enabled. T&C’s apply.

  • You can find all of our opening hours, including holiday hours on our Centre Hours page.

  • Absolutely. Please feel free to breastfeed your baby anywhere in the centre, however, if you’d like somewhere more private, we welcome you to use our Parents’ Room.

    You can find the Parents’ Room opposite the Food Court.

  • You can spend up to 4 hours for free in any of our 1,500+ car parks. So take your time and relax, you’re on Coast time now.

  • We love that you are shopping with us! So, if you think you will be shopping for more than our four-hour time limit, then please visit our Customer Service Desk and they can extend your car parking for free.

    (Please don’t be offended if we ask for proof of time spent here at Coastlands)

  • No worries. We have a lost property at our Customer Service Desk. Please enquire with the team there if you have lost something while shopping at Coastlands.

  • Yes there are. We have doctors located at the southern end of the mall (Team Medical) and first aid assistance can be found at the Customer Service Desk.

  • Yes we do, this is located on the second floor, please follow the signage.

  • We offer a range of personal health, wellbeing and community services located throughout the mall. Please see our centre directory map for locations.

    Our range of community services include: medical centre, dentist, gymnasium, physiotherapist, Citizen Advice Bureau, and more.
