We love having everyone shopping here at Coastlands! We have put a few things in place in line with the Traffic Framework - Red You will notice we have moved some of our tables in food areas to help create safe distancing in line with the Government guidelines. We ask that everyone who comes to visit us at Coastlands wears a face mask to help keep you and others safe.

Here are a few things to expect when you are at the Centre.

Our opening hours have recently changed, Coastlands will now close at 5.30pm on a Thursday night while we remain in Traffic light Red:

  • 9am to 5.30pm Monday to Saturday
  • 10am to 5.30pm Sunday
  • Thursday 9am to 5.30pm

At Traffic Light Framework – Red we are committed to ensuring the health, safety and wellbeing of our customers, retailers and staff, and we will continue to follow the advice from the Ministry of Health.

You will not be required to show your Vaccine pass to enter Coastlands. However, if you wish to visit close contact stores such as, Hairdressers and Hospitality you will be required to show your Vaccine pass.

Our retailers have steps and systems in place to help keep you safe in their stores. We have stepped up our cleaning and sanitisation regime and you will notice more hand sanitiser stations throughout the mall.

You will find the Ministry of Health COVID-19 QR codes located at all of the Centre entrances and retail stores so please scan in and also remember to maintain a 1-metre physical distance. We monitor the number of people in Coastlands at any one time, so we can limit numbers if required in accordance with the Government guidelines.

Just as a friendly reminder to all visitors to Coastlands, that is it now a legal requirement to wear a face covering.
